You can return if it doesn’t work out. No two items are the same, so exchanges are tricky and discouraged, but if we find one close enough, we’ll be happy to exchange.

Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping:
- All items will be shipped within 5 business days.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and may be affected by inclement weather.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Backordered Items:
- Items that are backordered will be shipped within 60 days or less, depending on when the merchandise becomes available from our suppliers.
- Customers will be notified via email with updates regarding the status of backordered items.
Return Policy
Customized or Custom-Made Outfits:
Fitted Couture does not accept returns for customized or custom-made outfits.
Non-Customized Outfits:
- Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return their non-customized merchandise for a full refund.
- If the return is initiated after 14 days but within 30 days from the delivery date, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the order.
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping label unless:
- Fitted Couture mistakenly ships damaged merchandise.
- Fitted Couture agrees to cover the cost of the return shipping label in such cases.
General Return Conditions:
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
